About the workshop
Does this sound familiar? “I must be the best at what I do. But I am not good enough. What if they realise they made a mistake in hiring me? I don’t belong here. I don’t deserve this”.
At times you feel proud of your achievements at work. But then you think, that was just luck! A fluke! And you let these negative thoughts and emotions get in the way of your performance. That ugly voice inside your head is the saboteur. The one that fuels your hyper-achieving mode and imposter syndrome. The one that helps you avoid conflicting situations. Nearly everyone has this in their head – that is the sad truth. Don’t believe the hype, you are not alone.
After this workshop you will be able to recognize your saboteur voice and learn strategies to stop sabotaging your own performance. You will discover what is holding you back from reaching your true potential, from validating your efforts and accepting yourself. By becoming more aware of your limiting beliefs and behaviors, you open up the path to greater confidence, career growth and opportunities.
