Quarterly Event: The Art of Workplace Connection

Many people express themselves very neutrally in the workplace for the sake of professionalism. Suppressing how we feel and masking important parts of ourselves is not only harmful to our own mental health, but creates a lonely working environment. Emotions are a natural part of the human experience that strengthen our ability to connect with one another, and people thrive when supported by community.

Every person is composed of an unique cocktail of their genetics and environment which impacts the way we connect with other people, but communicating effectively can be difficult, especially with differences in culture, privilege, age, and neurotype. During this workshop, we will learn about and practice interpersonal skills, navigating emotions in the workplace, and empathetic communication. 

All are welcome to join us in Utrecht for the Art of Workplace Connection workshop! The workshop will last two hours, followed by 30 min of networking with other participants over complimentary snacks and drinks.
